Program and delivery leadership

A steady hand for programs that matter: set up the PMO, run the governance cadence, manage vendors, and bring slipping programs back on plan.

  • Steering committees, RAID logs and status that tells the truth
  • Multi-vendor, multi-geography delivery
  • Agile, SAFe, waterfall or hybrid, matched to the work
Strategy · Pilots · Governance

AI readiness and adoption

Pick the AI use cases worth doing, prove them with a measured pilot, and put guardrails in place before anything reaches customers or staff.

  • Use-case selection with a clear business case
  • Pilot design with success measures agreed up front
  • AI governance mapped to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework

Salesforce implementation leadership

Salesforce programs led by a certified consultant who has also sat on the delivery and account side, so scope, partners and adoption all stay in view.

  • Phased roadmap, backlog and release plan
  • Partner and systems-integrator oversight
  • Adoption, training and the reports leaders actually use

PRISM delivery assessment

A structured health check of any IT program, benchmarked against PMBOK, the Scrum Guide, DORA and ITIL, ending in a scorecard and a 90-day improvement plan.

  • Interviews, artifact review and evidence-based scoring
  • Current vs. previous scores to show real improvement
  • Optional Salesforce and AI / computer vision modules
The PRISM framework

Five pillars that show where delivery is strong and where it leaks

S

Stakeholder Value

About

Rob Guthrie

Principal Consultant

Rob has spent more than twenty years leading technology delivery for some of the largest telecom, media, technology and manufacturing companies in the country. He held client partner and delivery leadership roles at Cognizant, Virtusa, Wipro, LTIMindtree and Eviden (Atos Group), owning P&L, contracts and escalations for enterprise accounts.

Along the way he built and refined a governance model for turning around struggling programs, and used it to restore delivery on accounts large and small. PRISM is the current version of that model, extended for agile teams and AI.

He founded FusionEdge Solutions to bring that experience to organizations adopting AI and Salesforce, with the attention of a senior practitioner instead of the overhead of a large consultancy. Rob is a U.S. Army veteran and is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. He works with clients remotely.
